Open for business in March of 2016 was the latest of the ___ Mariano’s Grocery Stores locations constructed by GHJCC. The 74,000 sf store sits on a 9.5 acre site. The project involved a 29,000 sf underground detention system, and separate bioinfiltration swale.
Off-site work included improvements to and repaving sections of 63rd Street, as well as new traffic signal devices / controls.
